- General Shipments. Except for firearms and other products requiring shipment to a FFL, we will arrange for shipment of the products directly to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order.
- Firearm Shipments and FFL Transfers. ALL SHIPMENTS AND SALES OF FIREARMS ON THE SITE MUST BE CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE LAWFUL TRANSFER OF THE FIREARM TO YOU THROUGH A VALID FFL SELECTED BY YOU.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
- Returns.
- Returns are subject to our discretion and approval.
- NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON GUNS, BARRELS, UPPERS, ETC. THAT HAVE BEEN FIRED, TRANSFERRED, OR SHIPPED TO ANOTHER LOCATION. CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES AND ADDITIONAL CARRIER FEES ON PACKAGES THAT ARE UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED (REFUSED, UNABLE TO OBTAIN ADULT SIGNATURE, 3 DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, ETC.) ALL DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED ON FREIGHT CARRIERS SHIPPING DOCUMENTS.
